Hill Peg Set

Hellweg & Cloutier's "Hill" model classical instrument peg set for Violin, Viola, and Cello. Set includes four (4) pegs. Produced in small batches for limited release.

Installation: We highly recommend you consult a skilled luthier to install pegs on your violin, viola, or cello! It is a skilled process to fit pegs to a classical instrument that requires highly specialized training, skill, and precision machined tools in order to produce the proper fit and function to ensure generational longevity for your instrument. The pegs arrive much longer and thicker to accommodate the largest diameter holes in the pegbox of your instrument. Please check the diameter of the holes of the pegbox of your instrument or consult your luthier before ordering. We are available to answer any questions for you and your luthier.

Wood Varieties: Mountain Mahogany, Boxwood, Katalox, Southern Live Oak

Sustainability: These wood species are not listed in the CITES Appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
